Elaborate costumes go on display in Dumfries
An exhibition of elaborate costumes has gone on display at an arts centre in Dumfries.
The costumes, created by artist Alex Rigg, are designed to be part of performances staged around the country.
Alex has been creating them for three decades from his home in Dumfries and Galloway, but this is the first time they have been exhibited, rather than seen in performance.
They are on display at Gracefield arts Centre, Dumfries, until 10 September.
