Go to settings > more > mobile networks > APN
Create a new APN using the settings below
Name: Etisalat bis
APN: blackberry.net
Proxy : 10.71.170.5
Port : 8080
SAVE
Now you can now browse,download and streaming with your etisalat 3gb blackberry subscription
