Error 491 in Google Play Store was a conflict that I had for several weeks. I had the latest version of Google Play and every time I wanted to download or update an app appeared to me that Error 491 . Finally today I was able to fix that problem and it was something very simple.
First you have to remove the last version you have installed your device, the time to do that, your system will install the previous version. In my case, I had version 4.3.11 Google Play Store.
As soon as possible remove the Google Play Store , you have to restart your phone and everything will be running like the first day. Express yourself in the comments if you need more help.
